Member FAQ

Can I cancel at any time?
We ask that all club members commit to 3 shipments but we also understand that circumstances change. If you would like to cancel your membership or change your club level at any time, simply reach out to dtc@reynosowines.com

How do I receive my wine?
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number on the shipping date. All shipments require an adult signature so we recommend using an office address if at all possible. If you would prefer expedited shipping simply reach out to dtc@reynosowines.com 

Can I customize my shipment?
Yes. Members at the 6 and 12 bottle level are welcome to customize their shipments.

Can I change the shipping date?
Yes. We are happy to delay shipment of your wines for up to 6 months. Please note that you will be charged at the original processing date. If you would like to receive your shipment early, simply reach out to us at dtc@reynosowines.com and we will make arrangements.

Can I purchase club membership as a gift?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate gifts for any recipient aged 21 or older.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes. We are able to adjust shipping information prior to processing. That said, you may incur additional shipping costs. Once the order has been processed we are unable to make changes.

I missed my shipment. Now what?
Oh no! First of all, UPS will make attempts to re-deliver. If those are unsuccessful they will hold your wines at a local UPS store for pickup. In the unfortunate event that the wines are returned, we will reach out to make alternative arrangements.

Can I return my shipment?
Unfortunately, due to federal regulations we are unable to accept returns. 

What if I need to update my billing or contact information?
No problem. You can simply login to your account and update the information or reach out to us at dtc@reynosowines.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
